Hotel Adriatic is notable for the picturesque location within a 26-minute drive to Dubrovnik airport.

Great, hotel looks spotless and min walk from endless amount of bars and restaurants

The location is excellent, very close to main area in Load, and breakfast included

Friendly staff, the room was comfortable and cleaned every day, the breakfast was good.

The hotel is fairly basic but perfectly adequate - I paid slightly more for a balcony room which had a nice view over the bay. The room was spacious, very clean, with satellite TV including English channels. Also 24 hour reception was good. Overall, good value for money.
It's very easy to get into the old town by bus, but not so easy to get to the bus station (where you catch the airport shuttle), which involves catching the number 4 bus to the old town and the number 1/1a/1b bus to the old town, which is a bit of a pain with a suitcase but not too bad as you can reuse your bus ticket within the hour and the bus trips aren't long. Also, I was on the 3rd floor and there is no lift, and no help was offered to carry my suitcase - though this fairly standard for this level of hotel.

The hotel had a good buffet breakfast, as right next to the sea with its own beach, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, a regular daily bus took us from out hotel doorstep to the old town of Dubrovnik in 10mins, there were plenty of restaurants nearby to eat in.

booked a sea side room hotel tryed to give a park side with half a window the breakfast was powered eggs and watered down oj would never stay here again

It was very convenient, with the bus stop to town right in front of the hotel, easy access to the water if you wanted to go to the little beach right there, really nice views, and good budget.
Nothing bad to say-- it was really convenient, nothing luxurious but really good value if you want a nice clean budget place to use as your base in Dubrovnik.

The room and bathroom were really quite spacious and the front desk managers were very helpful with telling us the easiest way to travel around Dubrovnik.

Staff at reception were extremely helpful and answered all questions without any problems - their English was very good. This is a 2* hotel but my single room with seaview was basic but very comfortable. I was booked in a twin room with seaview and balcony but that was not available hence I got the single with seaview. Was offered to change but I decided to stay in my room.
There is no lift in this hotel and the restaurant for breakfast is across the road in a different building.

The breakfast as adequate.
The hotel doesn't have a lift, it is rather shabby a run down and looks a little like a throw back frpom the 70's. Not great value for money. Also the aircon was rubbish which resulted in the room being rather too hot.

- great views over Lapad Bay. Bus stop right outside the hotel for Dubrovnik old town (every 20 minutes). Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. 1 minute walk to the beautiful Lapad Bay beaches.
- buffet breakfast was poor, large selection of very average food. The 3 floors of stairs were difficult with heavy luggage. Wireless internet could not be accessed from our room (only available in ground floor). There is no bus from Lapad Bay to the ferry terminal, only taxi.
